Trans-Management Systems Corporation (TMSC) is a privately held management and professional services firm founded in 1983 and certified with the U.S. Small Business Administration. In over two decades of operation, TMSC has remained focused on its founding objective which is to improve human services delivery programs.

TMSC has worked in partnerships within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), the Office of Head Start, the Child Care Bureau, and the Office of Community Services. Additionally, TMSC has carried out consulting assignments at both local and state levels for the District of Columbia Department of Human Services, Prince George’s County and Maryland Department of Social Services.
