Description of Duties:
Trans-Management Systems Corporation (TMSC) seeks a candidate to work on a federally funded project in the Washington, DC area. Must have at least 5 to 8 years of experience in the Health field, administering human services and early childhood education programs, specifically providing administrative oversight of Head Start and Early Head Start programs; and have thorough knowledge of the Head Start Program Performance Standards and other regulations governing the Head Start program.
Specific tasks include facilitation of and participation in discussions on data collection process and methodology; information gathering from end users; identifying, creating, and delivering content in an effective, efficient and timely manner.
Will also serve to support the federal client in content development and research of resource materials for a web-based information system and other OHS initiatives
Qualifications:
* M.A. required/PhD preferred
* Must have expert level of knowledge of the principles, methods and techniques used in the Health field
* Possess interpersonal communication skills that promote collaboration and team building in diverse groups
* Must have the ability to work on multiple tasks and collaborate with other contractors
* Microsoft Office Suite experience and thorough knowledge of conducting training and workshop presentations
