Company Overview

Trans-Management Systems Corporation (TMSC) is certified as a small disadvantaged business under the auspices of the U.S. Small Business Administration. The privately held management and professional services firm was founded in 1983. During its twenty-four years of operation, the firm has remained focused on its founding objective: -- improving human services delivery programs.

TMSC has worked in partnerships within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. We have worked extensively with programs in the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) including: the Office of Head Start, the Child Care Bureau, and the Office of Community Services. Additionally, TMSC has carried out consulting assignments at both local and state levels for the District of Columbia Department of Human Services, Prince George’s County (MD), and Maryland Department of Social Services.
