TMSC was founded in 1983 by Mr. Leroy Jones who decided to start his own firm after working toward improving human services delivery programs for over 15 years. Prior to starting TMSC, Mr. Jones worked with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the National Institute for Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, the Office of Economic Opportunity, the National Institute on Drug Abuse, the Justice Department, and the Department of Education. While working with these agencies, Mr. Jones led projects such as: Child Support Enforcement, the Child Development Associate Project -- a training program for Head Start and child care teachers, NIDA -- a job training program for former drug addicts, training courses for alcoholism service providers, and English as a Second Language training for Immigrants.
TMSC remains committed to human service delivery programs while managing successful projects such as family shelters that incorporate job training and drug and alcohol abuse counseling, information clearinghouses and distribution services to educational outlets across the United States; and the development of early knowledge management practices.
TMSC is firm in its belief that successful relationships with partner firms and our clients is key to the collaborative nature of our work.
