Human Service Delivery Programs

TMSC brings together services, agencies, resources, and/or people within a planned framework of action to successfully manage human service delivery programs.  These programs include:

Case Management:  TMSC successfully helps clients prepare short and long-term plans focused on attaining, securing, and maintaining self-sufficiency and independence by developing a plan to address the achievement of jointly established goals for each case.

Crisis Intervention:  TMSC’s crisis intervention services serve to link together those community services that respond to the needs of an individual during acute emotional and/or physical distress. During the initial intake interview, pertinent information is gathered and the action plan begins to be formed.  TMSC’s decade plus of experience validates that this structured approach brings about success.

Life Skills Workshops:  Developing. Stress frequently directly impairs the client’s capability to function in accord with societal expectations. TMSC offers competency-building exercises that improve a client’s abilities to handle day-to-day life situations.  The Life Skills series of workshops offered by TMSC help clients regain their equilibrium and refocus their energies on the future.

Job Training Workshops:  An individual who has been unemployed for an extended period of time needs a group of job search-related services to secure permanent or part-time employment.  TMSC’s workshops successfully prepare clients to present and conduct themselves to achieve long-term employment.

Parenting Workshops:  Successful parenting requires skills that, while seemingly commonplace, may require support.  TMSC’s expert staff provides interactive workshops that help parents’ build their own skills as parents from setting a vision for the family through learning about children and realizing that parenting is a lifelong journey.  TMSC’s Parenting Workshops help parents feel more secure in the very difficult job of parenting.
