Archives/Collections Management
Archives hold materials that are valuable to the organization primarily, but not exclusively, for historical reasons.
TMSC Archives Management Services work with the client to:
- Define the purpose of the archives and the materials that will, and will not, be contained therein.
- Collect and house the materials in appropriate climate-controlled conditions. These may be on- or off-site as best suits the client's needs.
- Organize the materials, develop and maintain inventories and finding aids following accepted archives management standards and practices.
- Make the materials available to the appropriate audience.
